Why is shipping so expensive?
Serious answer: shipping is genuinely expensive. I try to cut costs as low as I reasonably can because I know it sucks, but I won't cover your shipping with my own money. In addition, I buy all my packaging supplies, which also cost money.When is [preorder item] coming?
Preorder items take longer because I order them after the preorder period, so I have to wait for them to 1. confirm and work out my order, 2. start manufacturing, 3. check it over with me, 4. ship it. Which can take a while depending on the time of the year (things get congested around con season). I usually put estimates in the preorder desc, but if there are any significant delays I will email everyone.My order isn't here yet!If I haven't marked it as shipped: I'm working to ship everything out as fast as I can!
If I've shipped it: Depending on where you are, it might take 1-2 weeks. For certain countries, I've noticed that inbound international mail takes a lot of time to arrive (e.g. Malaysia, Mexico). Consult with your post office and if you're worried, feel free to give me a heads-up and I'll see what I can do, but once a package physically leaves my hands, it's kinda outta here.My charm looks dirty/has a mark/something looks weird!
Charms have a plastic protective screen on both sides (excluding epoxy fronts). Check to ensure that you have removed them! They can be pretty hard to see/peel.Ok, everything is peeled and it's still fucked!/My buttons are broken/something else is broken or manufactured wrong/part of my order is missing.
